FYI: those born on February 29 will finally have a birthday, after 4years!!!!
Lets crack on and make this year extra special!! xx
First let me just mention how obsessed I've been with the androgynous look....it simply comes off looking super edgy. Here I am wearing the satin lapel double-breasted Blazer from the Balmain x H&M collection, instead of wearing a blouse or a T under the blazer why not pop on a simple bandeau to make the look more va-va-voom. Its a fun, fresh look.
Finish it off with a pair of skin tight jeans, peep toe heels, a bold lip, sleek ponytail and chunky be-jewelled earrings.
Give this look a try... definitely a show stopper. xx
This dress, although gorgeously simple looking, the dress has three different textures: cotton, velvet, rope like design. I choose to team this dress with a pair of high top shoes. I dont often wear high tops but when I initially saw them on the pre-launch Balmain x H&M collection....I fell in love with them. No shame for buying from the Balmain x H&M men's collection! I finished the look off with a large army like jacket with detailed gold buttons form the collection, this seasons must-have accessory 'choker necklace' and chunky hoop earrings. Hair: sleek high pony tail braid.
Tis the season to be Merry. I have put a couple of festive looks together to celebrate my favourite time of the year. Who doesn't love dressing up for a cosy Christmas party and a glamorous New Year's EVE? All three looks feature Olivier Rousteings BALMATION collection, from the Balmain x H&M capsule collection... which by the way took the world by storm! I read that scuffles broke out on Regent Street in London as impatient shoppers jostled in for the launch, in Singapore hundreds queued up for more than 60 hours!!!! The social media effect certainly played a big part to this frenzy, as did the beautiful faces of GIGI, Jourdan and Kendall...Olivier Rousteings muses's.
This collection showcased glitter, velvet, beads and huge armour-like jewellery. Perfect for the festive season ahead of us.
My look, featuring the green sequin Balmain x H&M dress which I most probably would wear on a New Year's Eve party, as it is the only time of year where I can really get away with everything shiny...glitter, gold and gleaming. I especially love the skin tight silhouette of this dress as its ultra-feminine. The v-neckline's personally too deep for me, so I added a bandeau, for a more age appropriate look.
The PADDY WARWICK team has generously offered us teens in the French Riviera a chance to participate in a relay

Hey there beautiful people of the cyber world!! Another runway inspired lookbook fresh of the LFW runway. Bella Hadid looked absolutely divine when she strutted her stuff on the Topshop runway. All things Mod and Retro was what Topshop was creating... I think it's to die for. I screenshot Bella Hadid's look and then thought why not recreate it with the pieces I already have in my good 'ol closet. So here it is, literally looks like I was having a ball during this shoot but it was so chilly and windy that I was surprised that my sis even got one cool shot haha. My baby blue fur jacket & the pony printed shirt is from Zara.I purchased earrings from a beautiful little jewellery store in Delhi, India. They are a deep red colour and embellished with intricate gold flowers. My button up denim skirt & my new sock boots are from Topshop. It's the year of the boot according to Topshop... especially the retro booties. A fluffy/faux-fur jacket or vest,a button up skirt, ankle boots and a ruby lip are perfect elements to recreate the a la mode retro look. xx
So excited about this blog post! Why? Because these are one of my all time favourite looks from the runways. This look is inspired by the 2013 Fall Dolce&Gabbana collection. Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana found inspiration from old churches and the Byzantine-era. Mosaics from Sicily's Monreale Cathedral provided the starting point for the collection, which was as gilded with religious iconography.
The models who participated in this Dolce & Gabbana show were topped with gilded crowns. If the jewel-encrusted apparel did not drive home the monarchical theme of the Fall 2013 line, these adornments certainly did. Paired with these outfits were an assortment of haute couture accessories, seen in the deep red flats and drooping and chunky gold earrings. Just watching the catwalk videos, low buns, black crochet, intricate lace and bejewelled crowns and jewellery and The Rose was everything to the collection.
So I asked myself...How could I recreate this look on a teen budget? Spread across fashion magazines, celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and many more were sporting some jaw-dropping pieces from this particular collection. So why not try it out myself?
The crochet blackdress I have on is from a little boutique in Juan-Les-Pins. Got it at a fraction of its usual price because of the end-of-Summer closing down sales. I fell in love with it instantly and inspired me to recreate the D&G look.
The thin straps, thick black crochet and heart shaped neckline is a dupe of what you could get off the D&G runway. My cross necklace and the ruby red and gold plated chunky cross earrings were the perfect match for this outfit.I found both these pieces, during my summer vacation, in a tiny shop off the bustling streets of Bangkok and can also be found on ASOS and Topshop. My black peep-toes are from Chanel but can easily be purchased for less on the high street. For me the hair and makeup was the most fun to recreate the look D&G Runway look. So here I sported a slick, middle parted low bun, matt lipstick from LimeCrime, shade: wicked... my fave Autumn color yet. Stefano's favourite childhood memory of his own mother is The Rose scent of her red lipstick. Thats why Dolce&Gabbana's lipsticks are uniquely fragrant.
Added a little bit of highlight and contour et VOILA! The rustic, sun kissed italian vibe shone through this outfit. And yes, i had to add a little grain and B&W to my pics to make it look antique. This collection was an immaculate conception!
Hope you enjoy this Lookbook. One more post to follow. Have an awesome day xxx T
Hey there! POUF! POUF! POUF!
My bag is definitely a lot happier with her new friend Mr.Pouf...aka Bagbug to some. I first spotted the little fashion creature on Kylie J.'s forest green Fendi girl bag. It made her outfit look less formal and more fun. I couldn't help but purchase a lil Pouf for myself. I chose a dusty pink shaded creature, my sis picked a crisp white one and we just love them. There are a variety of funky Puffs sold on the high streets, for way cheaper. Checkout ...River Island, Etsy... Adopt a Bagbug, its Kylie fashionable. xx
