Spotted these unique T.U.K black velvet creepers in Bangkok, Thailand and realised that I NEEDED them in my closet. Yes NEEDED!!! These shoes have thick soles and they look rather chunky and grunge'y. They make me look uber tall.....which I love. These shoes are to die for and are I would definitely look at them twice if I saw someone wearing them. The design and stitching of the shoes is gorgeous, the silver hoops for the laces add a contrast.... the shoes look 'well-made'. This is my first pair of T.U.K's but definitely not the last.
What would I wear it with? I would team them up with a black boxy leather dress or high waisted pair of jeans and in winter you could wear them with black tights and an envelope skirt. These shoes come in so many colours and prints and take platforms to a whole other level.
Hey there it's Tara here,
So sad I haven't been blogging in a while, have been doing some Summertime travels and catching up with friends.
I really did miss blogging, I forgot the rush of exitement it gave me the minute I hit the 'post' button.
Anyways enough blabbing about why I haven't been blogging and more about what I have been really into recently and that is HAIR. I have been so bored with my high ponytails and wanted to jazz my hairstyle during the summer holiday. The two hairstyles that I have been loving lately has been the half up buns and french braids. These hairstyles are casual but put together and are super quirky. It also makes a boring outfit look cooler and on trend. I have been spotting these hairstyles all over Tumblr and rad instagram pages. Celebs such as Pia Mia and Zoe Deschanel perfectly pull off the half up bun and french braids. I say to try these hairstyles out, the half up bun is super handy and comfy to wear to school.
Here are some pictures of my half up buns and french braids. xxxx
