A single night of no sleep will not stunt your growth.
BUT if you have many late nights, a teens growth may be affected by not getting the full amount of sleep.
Fact : While we are sleeping, the growth hormone is released. If we are getting too little sleep, the growth hormone is suppressed
Sleep deprivation has also been linked to Obesity and Diabetes.
Getting enough sleep will also help you focus better in school and give you more energy and better concentration for Sports and other activities.
Advice : keep away from those energy drinks, they keep you up ALL NIGHT !!!!
